| Club Football Viewing Parties are held at Carolina Wings located in West Columbia. Please see the Club Events page for more information and directions. |
| Nametags are provided for each paid member. For family membership each person on the membership form will receive a nametag. Wear your nametag at all Gator Club® Events. Replacement nametags may be ordered for $5 each. |
| A Gator Club Directory is provided to help members get to know each other better and keep in touch. |
| Gator Gab: Each month members receive the Columbia Gator Club's newsletter the "Gator Gab". Keep up to date on Gator Sports and events. |
| Tickets for some Gator Games may be purchased through the club. We will also help you find or sell tickets. |
| Gator Merchandise is available at all events. Special items can be ordered. Profits benefit the scholarship fund. |
| UF-USC Football Game: We are fortunate that the Gators play right here in Columbia during odd numbered years. We plan many activities including a golf tournament, a dinner on Friday evening and a pre-game pep rally featuring the Gator Cheerleaders and the Gator Band. If you would like more information about these events or would like to help (WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!), please call the Gator Hotline at (803) 551-2506. |
| Other Gator Sports: We provide support when other Gator teams visit Columbia. Information on dates and times will be in the Gator Gab Newsletter. We always try to have a meeting with the Basketball coach prior to the USC/Florida game. |
| UF Scholarships: We award scholarships to deserving students from the midlands who choose to attend the University of Florida. We are always looking for good candidates. Contact an officer for application information. |
| Adopt-A-Highway: In association with Keep the Midlands Beautiful, the Columbia Gator Club has adopted Highway 60 in Irmo starting at the Lake Murray Dam. Check the Gator Gab for clean up dates and come join the fun while helping your community! |
| Riverbanks Zoo Alligator Exhibit: The Columbia Gator Club helps support the alligator exhibit at the zoo. The gator in the zoo are actually Florida Gators. With our donation, the zoo created a new exhibit about alligators. Visit the zoo to see our display. |
| International Gator Day: Gator Clubs around the world participate in service projects that included beach cleanups, food drives, blood drives, hospital visits, tree planting, home building, charity walks and much more. Gator Clubs partner with non-profit organizations such as The Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and The American Red Cross. |
